When we sing with love, everything around us listens with joy.
I love singing. I'm no pro-level singer but over the past few years I've realized I've become better at it. Being good in singing is one of my dreams.
Miley Cyrus and the Roots cover Bob Dylan's âBaby, I'm In the Mood for Youâ on Fallon - watch9/17/2016 Say what you will about Miley Cyrus, but the child actress turned pop star can do a mean cover, as she proved with her excellent Backyard Sessions video series. Cyrus has the kind of voice that doesn't need much accompaniment, but The Roots joined her last night for an unexpected performance of Bob Dylan's âBaby, I'm In the Mood for Youâ. Though Dylan wrote the track, Cyrus based her version on the more popular 1965 rendition by singer Odetta. About halfway through the song, Cyrus went off-script and addressed the audience directly, calling out Donald Trump's controversial appearance on Fallon a couple of days prior. âThere is nowhere I would rather be than in New York City playing this song with The Roots, and being on Jimmy Fallon with our host, who is always so much fun, except when you're Donald Trump. And then don't even think about messing with my hair, I'm serious.â Cyrus also stuck around to give Fallon a brief Ashtanga yoga lesson and play a game of Phone Booth, Check out those videos below.

Psst, pianophile friends: did you know that Martha Argerich is playing the Schumann Piano Concerto at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday? Well, she is. Get there.
It's part of a very special concert: the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra's 70th anniversary gala. Their principal conductor, Charles Dutoit, will be on the podium for most of it and Pinchas Zukerman, the principal guest conductor, will also star in the Bruch Violin Concerto which I think he is directing from the violin. The programme is topped and tailed by the Rossini Overture to William Tell and the Stravinsky Firebird suite. Details and booking here. I was lucky enough to interview Charles Dutoit for an RPO preview film about the concert and his long history of working with this orchestra, so here it is.
Desiigner was arrested Thursday night in New York City on gun and drug charges following a road rage incident. Online court filings show that two charges have been dropped: criminal possession of a loaded weapon and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Both charges were classified as felonies. Police told TMZ that a gun wasn't found and the criminal possession of a loaded weapon charge was based on what a witness told police. Desiigner still faces misdemeanor charges of menacing and criminal possession of a controlled substance. It was previously reported that police found Oxycontin and other drugs in the car. A court hearing is scheduled to take place today.

Earlier this year, Kanye West introduced Desiigner to a mainstream audience when he interpolated the latter's âPandaâ for The Life of Pablo track âFather Stretch My Hands Pt. 2â. Desiigner was subsequently signed to Kanye's G.O.O.D. Music record label, and âPandaâ ascended to the top of the Billboard charts. Last month, Desiigner released his follow-up single, âTiimmy Turnerâ, which does in fact take its name from the character in Nickelodeon's The Fairly OddParents. Once again, Kanye has added his own touch as he's dropped a remix of âTiimmy Turnerâ. Listen to a radio rip below. The first step in learning to play the drums is to get the right instructions.
